Prioritize or remain mundane
Prioritization may come out in a span from paying lip service to extreme dedication. If you want real and major change, there is no alternative but the latter. In every detail, practice what you preach. Never surrender. Never. I will never forget the Scania quality journey. It wouldn’t had been such a tremendous success without dedicated prioritization throughout. In the Scania house of values and principles, they explicitly expressed their prioritization for emergency cases: Quality goes before Delivery goes before Cost. No delivery, no matter the cost, if the quality wasn’t right. No exceptions. Without sticking to that prioritization, year in and year out, Scania would not have developed into a quality role model. The same extreme dedication is highly called upon for succeeding in the digital paradigm shift. Do you have the guts and perseverance?
