Coordinate less, coordinate more
An obvious way to state inefficiency, is when the coordinators almost outnumbers the ones creating value. Yet, the ecosystem is calling for more coordination and collaboration than ever. Hence, we find that the need for super-efficient collaboration is urgent. This is only possible by gathering the people involved to commonly create the collaborative and supporting ways of working that will contribute, not steal. And remember, a common overall and visual view is a prerequisite for distributed execution.
