Don’t lean on consultants
Your organization might have too much on its hands. You need to run your business at the same time as you are transforming it, in line with everything presently happening. Resources are scarce and people are showing signs of working too hard. The idea of bringing in highly qualified consultants to support your transformation efforts may sometimes seem right. Please do so, but, be careful not to let the consultants be responsible for the transformation.
